I loved the dentist and hygienist here but the office staff are so incompetent. I called to make sure that they took my insurance and they assured me that they did, but I guess they were just too worried about making the appointment. Fast forward to my actual appointment and they make me jump through so many hoops with insurance only to find out that they do not take my insurance. This was only the last of my frustrations with them, but pretty par for the course with this office staff. They do not care about the patient, only booking appointments.
