Worst apartments I have ever lived in! The model looks nice but when you get your unit it’s another story! My apartment was so loud since the AC is outside your window I could not sleep! Also my place had a strong smell. I don’t know if I hated the smell or noise more. The front office and bathroom for the pool had a small smell to me. So it may be my nose is sensitive but I would use those as benchmarks for smell. Also you can hear whenever someone is walking above you. I end up living here for less then a month because the smell and noise was to much for me.

The customer service is excellent, especially the manager, Gabriela, who goes the extra mile for tenants, who hears our side of every story and always made an extra effort. The grounds/gym are always clean, apartment service fast and fun holiday promotions, too.
